Who runs this site
omygotti.com is the official website of OMYGOTTI and is operated by Famous Factory Inc., a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
Our music and content
All of the music, recordings, artwork, photos, videos, writing, design, logos, and the OMYGOTTI name on this site belong to OMYGOTTI and Famous Factory Inc., or to the people who licensed them to us. All rights are reserved. You may listen, watch, read, and share links to our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a link, or quoting a short passage with credit and a link back, is welcome. Re-uploading our songs, videos, or artwork anywhere, presenting our content as your own, or using any of it commercially, requires our written permission first.
Embedded players and streaming links
Some media on this site plays through embedded players provided by the platforms that host it, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Instagram, and many buttons on this site link straight out to those platforms. Playback and anything you do on those platforms are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Listening through an embed or a link does not transfer any rights in the music itself.
Things you send us
When you send us fan content, a message, or other material through a form on this site or by email, you keep ownership of your work. By sending it, you give us permission to review it and, where a form invites fan content for posting, to share it on our site and social channels with credit to you. Only send material you have the right to share, and do not send other people's private information.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. That means: no harassment or hate directed at the artist, fans, or our team; no spam; no impersonating another person or artist; no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; no automated scraping that burdens the site; and no use of the site to infringe anyone else's rights. We may restrict access where these terms are broken.
Links to other sites
This site links out to streaming services, social platforms, video platforms, and other websites, including release pages served through DistroKid. Those sites are run by other people, under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site, and we are not responsible for its content, availability, or practices.
Provided as is
This site is provided as is, for information and entertainment. We work to keep release information accurate and to fix mistakes when we find them (corrections can be sent to mgmnt@omygotti.com), but we do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Famous Factory Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this site: for example, a missed release date, a show or business decision made based on something published here, or a problem on a third-party platform we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about this site or these terms belongs in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Updates take effect when they are posted here, with a new effective date at the top of this page. The version published here is the current one, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
